We want you to love our products, but we also understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
We offer $5 shipping on all products/orders within the continental USA.
All other worldwide orders are calculated at checkout. We include a $3 handling fee.
Customer is responsible for all custom/duty fees if applicable on all international orders.
We ship all products out within 3 business days of purchase.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, email us at email@example.com for our return address. Send item/items with original packing slip.
If you have lost your packing slip please include your name, address, reason for return and order number (if available).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, as in most cases, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
*Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you've chosen the wrong size or color we will be happy to exchange your item. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. We also replace items if they are defective or damaged with no shipping cost to you. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com for our returns address.

All defective or damaged items will be recycled. We promise!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
